This period is about establishing your baseline. We spend the first couple of weeks learning all about YOU. Your life, your preferences, your current habits, beliefs and practices on all fronts of nutrition, training + life.
The second half of your first month may include some adjustments if your first 2 weeks were consistent, or more fine tuning to your baseline if we need to reassess. We use the data + conversations from this first month to construct your individualized protocol moving forward.
Month 2 is fully integrating the protocol we have prescribed following your first month of baseline work. This is where the personalized adjustments truly begin!
Month 3 continues to build upon the integration of month 2. We are highly focused on analyzing your consistency + providing solutions to any protocols you're struggling with that don't seem to be aligned for any reason! You will start to see progress with your mindset, habits + overall consistency.
This is the sweet spot where we have hit our stride with what works best for you + we are continuing to add new habits and focus areas to build upon the progress we have already made. This is often when clients start seeing physical changes when the protocols have been adhered to consistently.
This is when most clients have a clear picture of their individualized protocol, have taken the time to learn what works for them and continue to keep our expertise in their corner to brainstorm, switch phases of training and nutrition, or simply desire the continued accountability. BIG changes continue from months 6-12 and beyond due to laying the foundation in the first 6 months.

Absolutely! If you have a preference, and the advisor as a roster spot available, we will pair you up. If you aren’t sure who the best fit would be, you can leave the match-making up to our team, and they will choose the right advisor for you!
Yes. If you pay for your plan in full there is a discount associated for certain options.
Yes, we offer both monthly subscriptions and paid in full contracts . There are also discounted plans available on longer-term contracts.
