Between where you are and where you want to be, there's a layer that most programs never touch. LVLTN was built to close it.
Not maliciously. But consequentially.
For decades, the health and fitness world has been obsessed with the wrong things. The newest supplement. The trending protocol. The 30-day fix. The biohack that promises a 1% edge — marketed to people who haven't yet addressed the fundamentals that would give them 40%.
We watched it happen. We worked inside it. And we believed there was a better way to serve people.
The truth is most people don't need more information. They don't need another program. They need a strategy that's actually built for their life — and someone who takes the time to understand what that means for them specifically.
That's the gap LVLTN was built to fill.
LVLTN wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built from years of real coaching experience, a lot of hard-earned lessons, and a partnership that started with mutual respect between competitors.
Alessandra and Josh Scutnik had built SD Evolution into a coaching company known for the depth of its client relationships. Joelle Cavagnaro had built Level Ten on the foundation of real science and rigorous methodology. For years, they ran separate businesses, watched each other from across the industry, and quietly respected what the other was building.
Eventually, the obvious became undeniable: together, they could do something neither could do alone.
When it came time to name the combined company, they did what anyone would do — they started with a bad idea. Levolution. A portmanteau of Level Ten and SD Evolution, cobbled together as a placeholder. A joke, basically. Something to call it until they figured out the real name.
Then someone looked it up.
"A thermodynamically driven process that creates new levels of organization in the universe by producing new energy-flowing systems. A layering — a higher-level evolution caused by the need for systems to adapt to changing environmental conditions."
They weren't just combining two businesses. They were building something that didn't exist yet. A new level of organization. A system designed to adapt. And the SD Evolution logo had always been a blue flame.
It felt less like a name and more like a sign. LVLTN stayed.
Every client we work with leaves with something more valuable than a meal plan or a training program. They leave with a tool-belt — a set of habits, frameworks, and strategies built around their schedule, their stress, their family, their life. Something they can reach for on the hardest days, so they never feel helpless.
That's the L5 Method. Five pillars — Training, Nutrition, Mindset, Movement, and Habits — because sustainable health requires all five. Address two and ignore the other three, and you're building on an incomplete foundation.
Our clients come to us for visible results. They stay — and refer their friends — because of what happens underneath. The confidence that builds when you stop starting over. The clarity that comes from having a real strategy. The identity shift that happens when health stops being something you do and starts being who you are.
Every client who's done the work tells us the same thing: they didn't expect to feel this different mentally and emotionally.
The best coaching relationships share one thing in common: the client shows up honestly. They don't just report their workouts — they talk about the week they had, the stress they're carrying, the habits that slipped and why. That conversation lets us get to the root cause rather than the symptom.
The clients who invest in the relationship get results that compound. The ones who treat it like a transaction get transactional results.
Before we talk about supplements, we talk about sleep. Before we talk about optimization, we talk about consistency. We operate in the space that often gets overlooked — the fundamentals that move the needle most.
There's a whole industry selling 1% improvements to people who haven't yet addressed the 40% opportunity sitting right in front of them. We'd rather be honest with you about that.
We want you to want us forever. We don't want you to need us forever.
Our goal has never been to make ourselves indispensable. It's to make you self-sufficient. To give you the knowledge, the tools, and the confidence to navigate your own health — so that whether you're working with us or not, you're never starting from zero.
Over 5,000 clients have walked that path with us. Most of them will tell you that what changed wasn't just their body. It was their relationship with themselves.
Three people who spent over a decade in the trenches — coaching real clients, learning what actually works, and building the system they wished existed from day one.

Exercise physiologist. Sports nutritionist. Pre/postnatal coach. Mom of two. She built her career on one conviction: that complex science should be accessible to real people. She's the reason every LVLTN protocol is grounded in evidence — and the reason that evidence gets translated into something you can actually use on a Tuesday when life gets hard.
