Your Power Hour counts toward coaching.

If you decide within 30 days of your Power Hour call that you'd like to move forward with one-on-one coaching, we'll apply the full cost of your Power Hour toward your first month. It's not a deposit — it's a credit. You get the consult either way.

Complete your intake questionnaire

After booking, you'll receive a comprehensive questionnaire covering your health history, training, nutrition, lifestyle, and goals. Your coach reviews this before your session so you can skip the background and get straight to the work.

Show up and ask everything

Your 60-minute Zoom session is yours. Come prepared with questions, challenges, or anything you've been wanting expert eyes on. Your coach will provide individualized recommendations and a clear path forward.

Receive your post-call summary

After your session, your coach sends a written summary of the key takeaways and recommendations from your call — so nothing gets lost and you have something to reference as you move forward.

A free consult is a short conversation about whether coaching is a fit. A Power Hour is a full working session — your coach reviews your intake ahead of time, provides individualized recommendations, and sends a post-call summary. It's coaching, not a sales call.
Anything within your coach's scope — training programming, nutrition and fueling, recovery and sleep, supplement considerations, goal setting, navigating plateaus, reviewing your current approach, or preparing for a specific event or life stage. Come with your list and we'll get through it.
If you decide to move forward with one-on-one coaching within 30 days of your Power Hour call — not the purchase date, but the actual call — the full cost of your Power Hour is applied toward your first month of coaching.
Because your coach spends time reviewing your intake and preparing before your session, Power Hours are non-refundable once completed. Refunds are also not provided for missed sessions or no-shows.
