Tom Wymer

Throughout his twelve years as an AT he has been passionate about injury prevention methods. This led him to pursue strength and conditioning as a means for further achieving better sports medicine practices. Combining these two, he is in a unique position to provide both care and training for the athletes at his high school. This has led to decreased injury rates and safer, more educated weight training by student athletes.

Tom knows how and when to push athletes and gym-goers with their weight training by staying current on the latest research and methods used by strength coaches today. Lastly, he keeps an open mind to the ever-evolving world of strength and conditioning.
