Brad Kendall

Brad has a B.A. in Exercise Science, a M.S. in Exercise Physiology, and a Ph.D. in Exercise and Sport Science. Brad is currently a professor of Exercise Science and is actively involved in research that focuses on how exercise impacts both brain and motor function.

In addition to his academic endeavors, Brad is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has been a trainer and strength coach for over ten years. He enjoys and has experience training individuals of all ages and levels of physical fitness (including kids, older adults, and collegiate athletes). As a coach, Brad always aims to equip his clients with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue a lifetime of wellness.
